Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Zavelo Holdings platform, website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Client”) and Zavelo Holdings Ltd (“Zavelo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent in-platform notice. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance.

To open and maintain an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which the use of this Platform is restricted, prohibited, or requires licensing not currently held by Zavelo;
• Successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process; and
• Not be acting on behalf of a restricted or sanctioned entity under applicable international law.

We reserve the right to decline any application or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe eligibility requirements have not been met.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to notify Zavelo immediately at support@zaveloholdings.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

You may not share your account with any third party. Each account is personal and non-transferable. We will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Zavelo will never request your password by email, phone, or any out-of-platform channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Zavelo Holdings operates a structured investment platform. Our services include account opening, identity verification, capital deposit facilitation, investment plan subscription, portfolio monitoring, and capital withdrawal processing.

The Platform does not provide personalised financial advice, tax advice, or legal counsel. All investment decisions made through the Platform are made by you as the account holder. Rates, returns, and performance projections displayed on the Platform are indicative and not guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge that investments carry inherent risk, including the possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital. See our Risk Disclosure for a full description of material risks.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate identity information at any stage of onboarding or account management;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means;
• Engage in any activity that would constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or evasion of sanctions;
• Transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material designed to interfere with the Platform’s operation; or
• Use the Platform to circumvent tax obligations or regulatory requirements applicable to you.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, asset freeze, termination, and referral to relevant authorities.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, and data — is the property of Zavelo Holdings Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zavelo Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including investment losses, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total fees paid by you to Zavelo in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $500 USD.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform.
