Terms of Use

By creating an account, depositing funds, subscribing to investment plans, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be unconditionally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Notice, Risk Disclosure, and Withdrawal Policy.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time to accommodate regulatory requirements, system enhancements, or service changes. Notice of material modifications will be provided via email or conspicuous notice on the dashboard. Continued use following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes affirmative acceptance.

To register an account and use the Platform, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction);
• Have full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement;
• Are not a resident, citizen, or located in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive international sanctions (including OFAC, EU, UN, or UK sanctions);
• Are not a resident of a jurisdiction where access to cryptocurrency investment platforms is prohibited by applicable local legislation;
• Will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and identity verification (KYC).

We reserve the absolute right to decline account applications or restrict platform access to any jurisdiction or individual without prior notice where required for compliance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, passwords, and multi-factor authentication (2FA) devices. You agree to notify Zavelo immediately at support@zaveloholdings.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or compromise.

Accounts are non-transferable and personal to the registered individual. You may not permit third parties to access or operate your account. Zavelo is not liable for losses resulting from compromised user credentials, malware, or phishing attacks.

Zavelo personnel will never request your account password, seed phrases, or private keys. Any such solicitation must be treated as unauthorized and reported immediately.

Zavelo provides access to structured digital asset investment plans with fixed durations, defined return targets, and automated portfolio accounting.

All account funding is conducted through supported cryptocurrency assets (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and Litecoin).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit threshold is $10.00 USD equivalent.
• Address Accuracy: You are strictly responsible for verifying deposit wallet addresses and network protocols (e.g. ERC20, TRC20, native networks). Funds sent to incorrect addresses or incompatible networks cannot be recovered.
• Blockchain Finality: All cryptocurrency blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
• Confirmation Times: Deposits are credited following necessary blockchain network confirmations and administrative security verification.

When you commit capital to an investment plan, the committed principal is locked for the specified term duration (e.g. 7 days, 14 days, 30 days).

Upon plan maturity, 100% of the invested principal plus accrued net returns are released automatically into your Available Balance. You retain complete freedom to withdraw available funds immediately or subscribe to new investment cycles.

You strictly agree not to:

• Use the Platform for money laundering, terror financing, fraud, or tax evasion;
• Provide fabricated, altered, or stolen identity documents;
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate referral rewards or evade account restrictions;
• Interfere with or attack the Platform via automated bots, scrapers, DDoS, or injection vulnerabilities;
• Violate any applicable international, national, or local financial regulations.

Breach of this section results in immediate account suspension, asset freezing, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement and supervisory authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zavelo Holdings Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, investment losses, digital asset depreciation, blockchain network delays, or data loss.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Zavelo in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt good-faith informal dispute resolution by submitting your claim in writing to support@zaveloholdings.com.
