Regulatory status and authorisation
Zavelo Holdings Ltd is registered with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) as a Money Service Business (MSB) under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017.
Our MSB registration number is XMXXXXXXXXXX. This registration requires us to implement and maintain robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) programmes, carry out customer due diligence, and report suspicious activity to the National Crime Agency (NCA).
Important disclosure
Zavelo Holdings Ltd is not currently authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). Our investment products are structured private placements and do not constitute regulated investment advice or collective investment schemes within the meaning of FSMA. Clients are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for losses arising from investment performance.

Anti-Money Laundering and KYC obligations
As a registered Money Service Business, Zavelo Holdings is legally required to identify and verify the identity of all clients before providing services. Our KYC process is designed to comply with the following frameworks:
- The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 (as amended);
- The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA);
- The Terrorism Act 2000 and the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015;
- HM Treasury and HMRC guidance on customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence;
- Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendations on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing; and
- United Nations, EU, and UK sanctions regulations, including restrictions administered by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI).
All clients are subject to identity verification, address verification, and sanctions screening before an account is activated. Higher-risk clients may be subject to enhanced due diligence (EDD), including source-of-funds verification and ongoing monitoring.
Data protection registration
Zavelo Holdings Ltd is registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under the Data Protection Act 2018, which supplements the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Client complaints procedure
We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about our services:
- Email complaints@zaveloholdings.com with a full description of your concern, relevant account details, and any supporting evidence.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
- We aim to provide a final response within 15 business days. In complex cases, this may extend to 35 business days, with written notice to you explaining the delay.
- If you remain dissatisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to the relevant supervisory authority or ombudsman in your jurisdiction.
As Zavelo is not FCA-authorised, clients are not entitled to refer complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for regulated activity matters. However, data protection complaints may be referred to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Geographic restrictions
Zavelo Holdings does not offer services to persons resident in, or nationals of, the following jurisdictions where doing so would be unlawful or would require licensing not currently held by Zavelo:
United States of America, Canada, Japan, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, and any country subject to comprehensive international sanctions. This list may be updated from time to time as regulatory conditions change.
