Important notice

Investments involve risk. Please read this disclosure carefully in its entirety before opening an account or subscribing to any investment plan on the Zavelo Holdings platform. If any aspect of this disclosure is unclear, contact us before proceeding.

Capital loss risk

All investments carry the risk of loss. The value of your invested capital may fall as well as rise. You may receive back less than you invest, and in extreme cases you may lose your entire principal. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Liquidity risk

Investment plans on Zavelo Holdings have fixed terms. During the investment period, your capital may be partially or wholly inaccessible. Early redemption, where available, may result in reduced returns or penalty deductions. You should only invest funds you can afford to keep committed for the full plan duration.

Platform and operational risk

Technical failures, cyberattacks, software errors, or infrastructure outages may temporarily affect your ability to access your account, view portfolio data, or execute deposit or withdrawal instructions. We maintain redundant infrastructure and a 99.98% uptime SLA, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Counterparty risk

Zavelo Holdings facilitates structured investments that may involve counterparty arrangements with third-party institutions. If a counterparty fails to meet its obligations, it may affect the return or availability of your invested capital.

Regulatory and legal risk

Changes in applicable laws, regulations, or supervisory requirements in the jurisdictions in which we operate may affect our ability to offer certain products or services, impose new compliance obligations, or restrict client activity. We cannot guarantee that regulatory changes will not adversely affect your investment.

Currency and exchange rate risk

If you deposit, invest, or withdraw in a currency that differs from the base currency of your account or a given investment plan, exchange rate fluctuations may affect the value of your position. We are not responsible for currency conversion losses.

Inflation risk

Even where your investment generates a nominal return, the real purchasing power of that return may be eroded by inflation. A rate of return that appears positive in nominal terms may represent a loss in real terms if inflation exceeds the stated return.

Concentration risk

Investing a significant portion of your assets in a single plan, asset class, or platform exposes you to concentration risk. We recommend that investment decisions consider your overall financial position, other assets, liabilities, income, and investment objectives.
