Capital loss & principal risk
All investments carry risk of loss. The value of your investment may fluctuate, and you may receive back less than your initial capital. In worst-case market conditions, you may lose the entirety of your invested principal. Past performance, historical rates, and model simulations do not guarantee future returns.
Fixed-term liquidity & lockup constraints
Investment plans on Zavelo Holdings operate on fixed lockup terms (e.g. 7, 14, 30 days). During this active commitment window, your capital is deployed and cannot be withdrawn or liquidated until the maturity timestamp is reached. You should only commit capital that you do not require for short-term liquidity needs.
Cryptocurrency volatility & market movements
Digital asset markets experience substantial price volatility driven by market sentiment, macroeconomic shifts, global regulatory developments, and technological changes. While structured plans target predetermined nominal yields, underlying market movements may affect overall portfolio valuations.
Blockchain protocol & settlement finality risk
Cryptocurrency transactions operate on decentralized public blockchains. Transactions on these networks are permanent and irreversible once confirmed. Erroneous wallet address inputs, incompatible token networks, or severe blockchain network congestion may result in transaction delays or permanent loss of funds.
Platform, technical & operational risk
Hardware malfunctions, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, telecommunications failures, software bugs, or emergency maintenance may intermittently impact access to the platform, portfolio dashboards, or withdrawal processing. Continuous, uninterrupted uptime cannot be guaranteed.
Counterparty & credit risk
Zavelo Holdings utilizes institutional liquidity providers, algorithmic arbitrage strategies, and verified custody partners to generate returns. In the event of an insolvency, default, or breach by an institutional counterparty, recovery of committed capital may be delayed or impaired.
Regulatory, legal & tax evolution risk
The legal and regulatory environment governing digital assets and decentralized finance continues to evolve across global jurisdictions. New legislation, licensing requirements, taxation rules, or regulatory enforcement actions may adversely affect the availability of specific products or services.
Foreign exchange & fiat currency risk
If you fund or benchmark your investment in a currency different from the base asset of a particular plan, foreign exchange rate fluctuations between fiat and digital currencies may erode nominal profits or result in net losses in your domestic currency.
Inflation & purchasing power risk
Inflation reduces the real purchasing power of capital over time. If the annual rate of inflation exceeds the nominal return rate generated by an investment plan, the real economic value of your capital will decline even if nominal positive yields are credited.
Concentration & asset allocation risk
Allocating a disproportionate share of your total net worth to a single asset class, strategy, or platform elevates financial risk. Investors are strongly advised to maintain a diversified portfolio suited to their individual financial standing and risk tolerance.
